King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet.We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. We had a great stay. The room was very good for our situation since we had two adults and four teenages. Every one was able to sleep in a real bed. Usually we have to get a room with a pullout sofa bed, which is less comfortable than a real bed.
We had no problems during our stay, but we had one concern. After 10 PM the only access to the building is a card key operated elevator and the office is closed. How would a person get to their room if there was a power failure?
AWESOME! Everything about the 2 nights stay was awesome. Everything was in place the location the cleaness the organization of all the rooms the safetyness the niceness of the staff. Myself and the entire Burkley family was very very pleased.

The toilet in one of the bathrooms leaked each time it was flushed. Notified the front desk within 1 hour of checkin. After two visits from maintenance it was determined that the toilet was cracked. They had us put towels around the toilet to soak up the water and whatever else came out of the toilet. This was not acceptable. No offer of compensation was made. We all ha to use the one bathroom. I was afraid that the leaking toilet was not clean. This spoiled an otherwise great stay.
Our stay in Gatlinburg was so nice. Our condo was so pretty and comfortable. It was nice to just walk to so many places. I would definately recommend Baskins Creek to anyone.

The poorer rating I gave on the management question was due not finding people at the desk or available to help early in the morning (7:45). Two years in a row our group has not been able to get out the LOCKED front doors of the main office level to catch an early van. We are more than happy to go down to the parking garage level & catch the van, but our great concern was what if there had been a fire and many peolple had jammed into the lobby trying to get out the doors, rather than take the stairs up in the hall down to the ground level. I think the policy of keeping those doors locked from the inside shoudld be strongly reconsidered. I understand they need to be locked from the outside but there ARE locks that are one way...if you need to get out from inside you are able to go out , but it keeps those who should not be coming into the building from outside locked out. Beautiful condo, everything was immaculate. Very spacious and well equipped. It would have been nice to have a few small amenities such as coffee filters and sweeteners and maybe creamer. I think for emergency or convenience purposes the phone should work in the condos. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We chose Baskins Creek condo because it was close to downtown and gave us two full bedrooms. Each kid had their own queen bed, which were very comfortable. The units are huge, clean and very comfortable. We made good use of the heated pool, although there is no wading area for toddlers.

The only small issue we had with our stay was the hot water. Even though the hot water heater was HUGE after one person took a shower you no longer had hot water. The settings just needed to be adjusted.

There's not much that can be done about the viewshed to surrounding properties, but Baskins Creek was lovely and we really enjoyed the poolscape. This property is also within walking distance to some of our favorites spots in Gatlinburg.
