This condo has just been freshly painted.King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Living room has a 42 in. flat screen. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

We stayed here for several nights over Spring Break. Very nice condo. Clean, well furnished, and a very close walk to all the Gatlinburg attractions. The pool was already open, although we didn't have time to use it, but it was also very clean and well taken care of. The patio area around the pool was pretty and spacious. We would stay here again and recommend this condo to future guests.

LOVE this location. My family used to stay here when it was Everett's Courts. Staying here brought back alot of great memories. The Condo was beautiful and we loved the layout(we had two 16 year old girls with us). We will be staying here for all of our return trips.

We have stayed at this facility about 4 times and all 4 times have been different condo's. They are always clean and decorated very nice. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Gatlinburg. Its so close to walking around town without having to get in your car to go somewhere. We have always had a good experience there. The only inconvenience this stay was our gas fireplace went out on the second day. We enjoy a fireplace. The weather extremes probably had something to do with it so we understood.

Just be careful in town. Our credit card number was stolen and we were contacted by our credit card company of fradulent charges...mostly gas stations in the area. Took some of the fun out of our trip, but the accommodations were great. I would do it again and just use cash...not credit cards.

This place is great. Everything is super clean and well run. The rooms are big and well furnished. No expense has been spared. They even lend out free video game consoles and DDV movies. This is much better than *any* hotel I have been to and I have stayed in many over the years.

After driving around for almost an hour trying to find the property, we finally caught a glimpse of the very small property sign. The first disappointment was finding that the room we rented online, which boasted a "Mountain View," to our dismay actually turned out to be a perfect view of the run-down hotel next door, along with an impeccable view of the waterless swimming pool, which was located directly beneath our room's small balcony. Therefore, after much negotiation, we were able to move to a room on the other side of the property, which supposedly offered a better view, but overlooked the Hispanic convenience store around the corner. Nevertheless, our ultimate complaint was that the telephone in our new room did not work. This was extremely inconvenient as both my wife and I needed to keep in contact with family members in our home state of Alabama. We had no reception using either one of our cell phones, and had we known that we would not have telephone service in our room, we would not have purchased a phone calling card. Other than the afore mentioned negative aspects, we enjoyed our stay at Mountain Vista. The property is in a good location that is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg.
