King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

This was my first stay at Baskins Creek. The room I was in was very clean and well maintained. The location was quite convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this location.

I do not need to tell people that pictures on web sites of accomodations can be deceiving. There is no deception for this property. Very nice place to stay! I am extremely picky and can be made uncomfortable very easily in an unclean or masked property. This is a nice place to stay and the staff is courteous also. Would definitely recommend.

Would highly recomend baskin#210.everything you would need in a condo 2 bedroom 2 bath.

very nice place except the pool wasn't open yet and it was the hottest day of the year, upper 80's. Also the mechanicals in the bedroom closet would make a noise every little while, difficulty sleeping because of it. Location good but a few blocks off the main road. Otherwise very clean, very nice.

We love this property. You enjoy being in Gatlinburg, yet are in a quiet location away from the strip. I have stayed twice and the people are friendly, the units are fairly new and clean, also you have so much more space than in a motel room. I would recommend this property to any family who likes to enjoy their amenities without giving up their space. The property is well maintained. I have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and was thrilled when I found this property.

While looking for a reasonable place to stay for our Thanksgiving Getaway in 2008, I happened upon Baskins Creek Condominiums. WOW!, What a find! There was NOTHING about it that we didn't LOVE. Renting TWO condos last year..and having all the amenities we could ever ask for..along with excellent service...made us realize this is a DEFINITE for an annual trip for our family. We just returned from our Thanksgiving Getaway II- 2009 version. Although we didn't think it was possible, we were even more pleased this year! What an amazing experience...outstanding service..and wonderful memories we have made!
This is a MUST--3 blocks from Traffic Light 6--in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. Walking distance to so many things...and a relaxing place to call home...while away from home.

Great location, just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg & The Village. Loved the condo, it is beautifully decorated and very nice, felt like home. Loved the cozy fireplace and balcony! JWould definantly stay here again!

We had another wonderful stay. This was our second time. We had a bad TV when we arrived in one of the rooms and it was replaced instantly the next day. The only problem we had was with the other guests the last night being loud outside until 3:30 a.m. I realize that is hard to control but that was our only issue. What a very nice place to stay at and will be back again in 2 years. This was our 10th visit to Gatlinburg in 21 years. We love the place!!

Very cozy; loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; master suite bed was so soft and warm; just lovely property. (I would suggest better signs directing you to the property once you turn at Light 6. In the dark, it is a little confusing).

My husband and mother in law were disappointed that they couldn't smoke on the balcony. They went downstairs to smoke but saw other renters smoking on the balcony. I really enjoyed the stay. It was very quiet and peaceful.

I will never stay anywhere else. I loved everything about Baskin Creek. I wish I had the extra cash to purchase one of these condos. Since that is not an option right now, I will continue to stay at Baskin Creek when we come to Gatlinburg. We came to Gatlinburg as a gift to our daughter who was turning four. All she wanted was to go to Tn.
Everything about this trip not only made her 4th birthday extra special, but was also WONDERFUL! Everything was wonderful: the beds, the showers, the pool, the tvs, the fitness center.....the entire condo. Thank you again for making our vacation and our daughter's 4th birthday very special.
