Fresh Paint brightens up this condo. This unit sleeps 8. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, sleeper sofa. kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. There is a fireplace in the master bedroom. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Flat Screen tv's and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. This is a sleeper sofa condo. If your party has 6 or less please let us know and the rate can be adjusted.

our unit was wonderful. Quiet and convenient to everything in gatlinburg. Easy walk to downtown area and restaurants.
I was disapointed in one thing. Our unit did not have a Gideon Bible in the unit. I am sure the local Gideons camp in gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge would be very happy to place free Bibles in each unit for you.

We were in Gatlinburg for a conference and I had 16 additional ladies with me. We had 5 condos at Baskins Creek and they were all very nice and clean. Baskins Creek is located on a creek just off the Parkway and convenient to lots of attractions and the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

Our school system has used this property for several years and it cannot be beat.. It is a tremendous value and the accomodations are outstanding. I have recommended it to several of my friends and plan to use it for personal trips with my family.

Absolutely the best place to stay in gatlinburg. The location is right in the heart of everything with only a short walk, you can park your car upon arrival and never get in it again until you check out. The unit was perfect and decorated to a "T" for your Gatlinburg experience. My family will definitely return.

The Baskin Creek condos were great. The property is very clean. The condo was spacious. There was plenty of parking. It was a short walk to the main street of shops and restaurants, and it was an easy drive to Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

We loved the room. We had lots of room to move around. We loved the quilts and rustic furniture. We did think there should be a big pot to cook soup or chili. We had to use two smaller pots.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Baskins Creek Condominiums very much. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we absolutely love it. The location is very convenient to the activities we enjoy. We have been impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. I particularly like sitting on the balcony early in the morning reading a good book while the rest of the family is still sleeping.We have stayed in cabins before but we seem to enjoy Baskins Creek more. The cabins can be a distance from town and consume a lot of time driving back and forth. We hope to spend future trips to Gatlinburg at Baskins Creek. Our vacation was wonderful and we had a great time. My grandson said he wants to stay there forever.

The condo was nice, but the property managers coud have been al littl more sympathic considering that we had to evalcuate the building @ 10 at night b/c of a fire on the 4th floor. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. I would visit again...

The staff there far exceeded any expectations that I had,from directions to extra towels to local attractions.Baskins Creek has something for everyone young and the young at heart.Endless shopping possibilities. I've already given out over 20 brochures to my co-workers! My family and I plan to make this a Family tradition. No hotel can compete with their rates and freindly staff service. I have been coming to Gatlinburg for as long as I can remember.(I'm 44 years old)
I have stayed in many of the motels and condos in the area. I can honestly say this property is my favorite. We stayed here for the first time in October 08 for my big family weekend trip. Everyone was so very pleased with their stay. I have already been back once for another weekend getaway. I'm thinking again maybe on New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day(maybe both). It's a beautiful resort, and the staff could not be any nicer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like home away from home with all the amenities.
