Fresh painted condo...King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

My family and I love the location. The condo was well equipped but my wife didn't bring her hair dryer because at other places we've stayed there has been one.There wasn't one in the condo,so we had to buy one. Other than that we'd recommend this condo to anyone.

This was not our first time staying Baskin Creek Condos! We had stayed 2 times previously with this company. We knew what to expect, and as usual, we were not disappointed. Great clean place with plenty of room for four adults. Mountain view was obstructed a bit by older hotels, but overall the place was safe, clean and nicely decorated.

If you want to stay in downtown Gatlinburg, it has the best location. Our family enjoys staying in condos so that our children may have a separate room. We also liked that the hallway was inside.

The room was really nice,but they did not leave no soap in the bathroom,and I wash my hands often. Also I tried talking to housekeeping and she did not understand english. I was just asking one question. She was able to tell me she did not speak english,but could not answer my question.

One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at in numerous stays in the Gatlinburg Area. Excellent location, we plan on coming up again for a lond weekend get away. We stay in unit 309. I would suggest that this unit be scheduled for painting in the near future.

We loved everything about the unit. Just a few things to mention - our shower leaked water. The shower door has big gaps that allows water to easily escape. I would fold up a hand towel under the door to catch most of the water, but the bath mat would still get wet. Light bulb was out over the vanity. Dryer took very long time to dry towels.

This is a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it highly with a few notations. 1- No 24 hour service at reservation desk. Early check out procedure was not explained at check in.
2- Limited to 6 towels and wash cloths per 2 bedroom unit. Must do laundry every day. 3- Limited to 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom for entire stay. If you plan to stay more than a couple of days, better bring your towels, wash cloths and toilet tissue.
These are all small things but have always been furnished in other condo's in which I have stayed. Still, I would recommend this property and would stay there again. On a positive side, this is the only condo that I found that would let me stay for 2 nights on a holiday week-end. All others I contacted was a three day minimum. Thanks, we enjoyed the time at your location.

Condo was fantastic! Kitchen well equipped, walking distance to town but with fantastic views of the mountains. I had been there only an hour and felt that I had come home. I miss it and want to go back again, very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay, but the only suggestion that I have is that there were not any kitchen towels or cloths and each guest only had one towel and washcloth each. Most condos have tons of towels, etc. We couldn't find a property manager at night when we noticed we did not have these items.

It was a long ride, but it was well worth it. The smokey mountains were very relaxing and delightful. Not to mention the Baskins Creek Condo's would be a travesty. All the amenities made you feel like royalty. Walking distance to all shopping, dinning, and attractions and when the long day was complete a very clean and quiet place to rest a weary eye. The pool was refreshing and very clean. I hope I can return one day soon
