This condo has just been freshly paiinted. New decor and bedding .King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

    This is my second time staying at Mountain Vista Luxury Rentals and I absolutely love the accomodations. I usually hate hotels etc., but this truly home away from home. The condos are well maintained, clean, up-to-date with modern decor, and beautiful.

    We found our stay at Baskins Creek a great place to stay. From the time of checkinn to the day we checked out we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very cordial and professional and the accomodations were superb. We look forward to stay there again very soon.

    The room was ok but lacked many items need in kitchen. As a condo owner myself I have a full stocked condo in the event my renters plan to cook or grill out. I also was not happy to receive a note on my door what smoking on balcony has been seen from our room. My family nor anyone with us smoke, but the front desk refused to hear me out. Very disrespectful! TV's really need updating. And mattresses on bed were horrible. Not sure I will book this condo or unit again.

    I was amazed at how clean this condo was. It literally was spotless. The location was fabulous - within easy walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, but off the main road enough to have peace and quiet. An indoor pool would have been nice for our winter time stay, but other than that it was perfect!

    Our only complaint was that the pool was suppose to be heated and when we went to get in it felt like ice! When I called the front desk they told us that the heater was broken. Do you think they could tell you that at check in? My kids really wanted to swim but couldn't. That is the only thing that was not as promised. Otherwise great condo, great location. We will stay there again!

    The condo is well appointed and has a spacious floorplan. The location is great as it is only about five blocks to the main street in Gatlinburg. Great for walking through town. You don't have to worry about trying to find a parking place. It is also convenient to Pigeon Forge as you don't have to drive through Gatlinburg when going to Pigeon Forge. The condo could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust on the ceiling fan blades, both sinks in the master bath were slow to drain, and most of the remote controls did not work. But overall it is a nice place to stay.

    Very spacious, great kitchen area and a fabulous master bath. The pool is fantastic too. And the trolley stops right at the condo if you need to ride it, but it's not too far to walk to all the shops and stuff.

    We found it to be a wonderful facility and enjoyed our stay very much. One suggestion which we made at the front desk is that the kitchen could use a serving bowl. We ate in most eveings, and a salad bowl or serving bowl would have been helpful.
