King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireles s internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The location is great; within walking distance from many shops. The pool is nice. However, the room smelled as though the guest prior to us had smoked in the room. The smell continued throughout our stay. Also, the towel bar in the master bath was broken.

I used rooms 310 and 312. Rooms did not have a hair dryer. I am accustomed to staying in hotels and motels that have a hair dryer therefore, I did not bring one. I suggest that we have hair dryers in rooms. I found stains on the matris cover, dishes in the washer that were not washed and rancid water in bottom of washer. The shower mixing valve is loose from the wall inside the wall. The high furniture was not dusted on top due to short cleaning persons and fan blades were dusty.

Very pleased with our unit and stay. However, it would be nice if you could furnish cleanig supplies and more garbage bags. The couch was shakey--just did not feel sturdy. All in all it was great. We will stay again--we usually visit 5+ times a year.

The property was beautiful and the stay was very enjoyable. My wife had accidently broken the salt and pepper shakers in the unit and when we reported it to the desk, the staff insisted that we not worry about it, and we were not charged to replace them. I would gladly stay at the property again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, very secure and clean. The only negatives were the pillows (too flat) and there was a great electric cork screw but no wine glasses!
Room ready early, very nice staff, even forgot sons CD in room - they found it and are mailing it back to us, quiet, convenient

.Beautiful property. Staff friendly, very helpful. Could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor needed mopping; linens on table stained, just needed washing. No problem for me and my sister, but someone else might not like it. We love this place and will be back many times.

The rooms were spotless! We had everything we needed at our fingertips. This is an exceptional place to stay. I hope they keep it that way. I am very particular and found this place to be wonderful. I have stayed in both motels and cabins in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and this is the best of both worlds. You get the convenience of easy parking and walking access to Gatlinburg, but all the amenities that you find at a cabin without having to hang off a cliff. I felt very secure with the key access only elevator and very well lit parking area and hallways. I highly recommend this place.
Our stay in room 312 was the best ever. The room was so clean and smelled brand new. The children loved it too. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and it will not be our last. The next time we visit we want our same room back.

This was the best location you were so close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was very clean and had the friendliest staff.
My only complaint was the lack of a phone in the room that could be used for local calls and calling cards. Also could not get internet to work in unit.

Our stay was most enjoyable, the room and comfort were perfect. Easy to get to everything. Could be a little cleaner outside, and we were not given a key to extra added night, subsequently we were locked out, manager came as quickly as he could to help at 10pm.

Only issue I found was the location of the Master Bath light switch coming from the Bedroom. It is on the other side of the bathroom next to door of foyer area.

But, who cares. Our stay was awesome.
