King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Our condo needed some repairs. One of the bathroom lights in the small bedroom was out, the ceiling fan wobbled terribly when you pulled the string(which is way to thin) to turn out the ceiling light. We don't like the table lamp & the ceiling light on one switch. We did enjoy the comfort of the beds, the location to central Gatlinburg, & the safety we felt for ourselves & our car. Please get the hot cider back for next year. We will see you next year.

We have older children and a three year old. This place is conveniently located for the older children to walk around Gatlinburg and my youngest daughter can swim or play in the room. The condos are very spacious.

We enjoyed our short stay at Baskins Creek condominium...the location was great...the room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also rec'd excellent rates. This was our second stay with Mountain Vista Rentals and I'm sure we will use them again.

This was a great property. Very clean and nice to have private bathroom for each bedroom. The only thing I would request is handle bars for master bath shower and more room between toilet and shower for handicap visitors.

We asked for a mountain view which we received but we also had a view of the older motel across the street. MVLR was a very new & nice facility but it was surrounded by very old motels. Loved the parking garage & staff was very friendly. We stayed in 405 which was very clean, had a couple minor issues but for the most part it was very nice. We would stay here again. Parking garage was very nice to have & pool was very clean. Only suggestion I would have is brng more towels & hand towels for kitchen. It only came with one hand towel & one bath towel for each of us. It was nice having the washer & dryer in your condo.
Excellent. We will be back next year.

Our condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. The decor was great and our daughter loved having her own room. The only thing we found we didn't like was the noise level from the pool. We stayed on the side with a mountain view, however, the pool from the Scottish Inn across the street was right outside our window. The pool was open until 10 and every night there were very loud groups in the pool. It of course stopped at 10, but some nights we wanted to go to bed before that. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the layout. Bedrooms were separated by the livingroom. Very private. You can walk to the parkway. There is a shortcut through the village.

We had a wonderful time, & the lobby was decorated beautiful for Christmas. We took pictures in front of the fireplace. Our "condo" was clean & ready for us. The one thing we found lacking is enough towels, kitchen towels & extra garbage bags. We cook or heat food & not having enough towels was not a good thing. We brought extra for showers & kitchen, but if we had not known how little you get (from the year before) we would not have had enough. We don't like carrying all that extra baggage & think it should be furnished with the condo.

We are travel agents. This is THE most beautiful place to stay in Gatlinburg.The condo was awesome and it is within walking distance to everything. Being able to fix breakfast, etc. can save a bundle. That leaves more "fun money" to do other activities. I would recommend to everyone.

It always scares me when I visit a new place. I am always concerned about the cleanliness of the place. The room was very clean and provided items such as dish detergent if you needed it. It also had umbrellas in the closet just in case it rained. I would recommend this place to everyone. We purchased tickets to Dollywood at the front desk and was able to go a second day free..

I've been going to Gatlinburg for 35yrs (at least 40 sepeate trips) staying in more than 15 differant properties and this is by far the best. Stayed at the Clearion in a Suite last year which was more expensive and like staying in a Motel 6 compared to this place.
