Newly redecorate, fresh paint and beautiful decor. This unit sleeps 8 guest. King in master with fireplace and 40" flat screen tv and dvd player, 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, 42 " flat screen tv, private balcony, sleeper sofa, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. NOTE* If you have no more than 6 in your group please let us know and we will lower the rate accordingly.

this is one of the only places we will ever stay when we come to visit we tell everyone about mvlr all the time and the love the place also.. just wish the pool would stay open longer at night after a long day out walking and enjoyn the town.. and everthing there is to do around the area..
I loved everything about the condo- from the open plan and the great balconey to the location to town. My friend from work stayed there in April and so I knew it would be wonderful but I so enjoyed it and the mountains were great

We stayed in this exact unit last year and it was great. Plenty of room for all of us and everything was in excellent condition. We liked the new flat screen TV's. If we vacation next year in Gatlinburg, we will stay in this same place if available. After renting a condo, we no longer want to stay in a hotel. We save so much in food costs. I recommend this place to anyone. Also, the price is reasonable.

My motherinlaw was going with us so we originally planned to stay at a motel for one night (two rooms of course) and then leave the next night to stay at a motel near the polar express in bryson city nc. We stayed at Mountain Vista in the summer and really liked it so we took a stab in the dark and checked on the price. We found that we were able to stay at Mountain Vista for 2 nights for about the same price as staying at a motel (2 rooms) for one night. Thanks for the great stay and thanks for allowing us an extra night!

My wife and I had a wonderful time while in Gatlinburg.
The condo was what made the trip.
It was like going home in the after noon from work. Kick back, turn on the fire place and relax. The condo has every thing you will ever need and more!
There is only one thing that could be improved on and that is a sign in the parking area telling you were to walk to get to the lobby.
It was 1AM when we arrived and could not find it any were. Then we left the parking area and drove on the main road and found it.
We hatted to leave but it was time to return to the real world of work.
We hope to see you next year!!!!!!

Supplying towels by the pool was great. Everything was in excellent condition. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Electrical plug in one bedroom did not work but it was not that big of a deal considering how great everything else was. Just put it here as an FYI.

We love our stay everytime we stay there. I am very particular and it is always clean. The only thing this time is that the carpet could of been cleaned. The staff is great and so nice. They are very helpful. We would stay again and again. We have stayed 4 times already. Clean means a ton to me.

I would Highly recommend this property to anyone that is staying in Gatlinburg. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center which was only 2 traffic lights from here. The condos were Very clean and roomy compared to a hotel. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

The building and rooms were beautiful. The reason my overall stay was 1 star is because of someone in the condo beside us decide to make eggs for breakfast and leave them on the stove...therefore we returned late that evenng to billowing smoke. WHen I went to call for help....our room phone had no dial tone...go to the front desk (I understand that the clerk's do not work 24 hours) but the emergency number was posted but once phone! I had to jump over the counter to call for assistance. After the time waiting outside to finally go back to our room, either the managers or fire department decided to open ALL doors to air out that persons here we are packing and moving to another room b/c of the smell of smoke (if they had left the door shut I don't think there would have been a problem). Finally at 1am I was able to get my 5 year old to bed! But I guess the bright side was that we were able to see different condos and compare the decor.

Didn't have bath linens in both baths when we arrived; they were shocked to hear that, but provided us w/those immediately. It was a little disappointing to have a fire pit provided on our balcony (as well as the pool/hot tub) and being told that they were not to be used. That is always a pleasureable experience for a vacationer in the Winter time. Also, last year (upon our touring the facility), we witnessed coffee/doughnuts in the a.m., cookies at p.m.....only this year at our arrival, we were told that they wasn't doing that this year. Little things like those make big impressions on vacationers...they count. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time. Price is a bit much, I feel, since the Baskins Creek Townhouses behind them rate at $159-$189/nightly (even on Holidays). They are 3 floors (3BR/3BA) w/ a hotub on the porch and a garage. We stayed there the year before coming here.

Really enjoyed our stay. We stayed there last year and definitely wanted to stay there when we returned this year. The room layouts are great, very conducive to sitting around and socializing (unlike a motel room where you have to sit on a bed), just a great family atmosphere. As long as the rates stay competitive, we look forward to many return visits.

Our only complaint would be that there was very little toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra supplied. Also,we did not have sheets for the sofa bed and realized it only after the desk was closed.

We loved our stay and will stay there again in the near future. It was beautifuly decorated and was amazing. The only complaint was the small smoke detector was going bad (batteries probably) and it chirped like a bird all night very loudly. They didn't come fix it, so both nights we had to deal with this. It didn't affect our stay though!
