King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby.. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Excellent property, but we are not happy that we had to clean dishes before leaving, buy toilet paper, pull sheats, and take out garbage. It's a vacation, I don't feel that I should have to do these things.

Everything is clean and neat. The covered parking available is a life saver when it inevitably rains when we come down for a week. The staff is professional and kind, and always has some coffee ready in the morning available for guests. We also love that we're just a few min walk from the "main drag" of Gatlinburg and a short drive from Smoky Mt National Park. It's great!

We will go back to Baskins Creek 414 for another vacation. My daughter and her friends are also interested in going there for a ski vacation.

air conditioner froze up our first night - got very hot making the group in our condo sick. called front desk next morning - problem resolved with cool air the rest of our stay but we were all still sick. not really enough towels even though there was a washer and dryer - made it hard to put a load on in the morning and have to come back in to put things in dryer so we would have it for the night. had to go buy soap, softer toilet tissue, kleenex, etc. that is usually provided at other places we've stayed. would have been nice to know what all we would need before we arrived.

I was a little leary before I got there because I thought the price was too cheap for what I was getting, but I was very happy to find the place was beautiful and very clean. I also liked the fact that you needed a key to even get on the elevator to go up to your condo. I always felt very safe and also liked the fact that it was close to town and we could walk everywhere (except when we went into Piegeon Forge). I will definately stay here again if ever in Gatlinburg. Great accomodations for a very affordable price!!!
