This condo has just been repainted. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo! It is very tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, very, very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus. The ladies at the front desk were very cordial and even called me to be sure that if I wasn't checking in before they left at 8 pm to let them know so they could tell me where they were leaving the key.

This is the best condo I've stayed in anywhere! I would definitely stay here again!

The facility is top notch, very clean, beautifully decorated......however some of the other buildings in the surrounding area are a bit dated and run down. Not a great view. Very easy walk to the parkway and town area - the street comes out near the aquarium. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a fantastic value. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo is gorgeous - we were very happy with it. I was a little surprised that we were supposed to strip the beds and also surprised at the limits for towels/soap/tp I realize this isn't a hotel but I also know that it's pricier than a hotel too. Wish the pool had been open. Overall was very happy though, actually recommended a coworker. She is going with her family in July and they will stay here.
This was a wonderful place to stay the room was extremely clean, decorated really nice and the staff was great. I will stay here again on future trips.

Also the paint, mainly the trim, baseboards and doors, is getting extremely dirty and stained. A real black eye for such an otherwise very nice unit. We have been requesting this unit and would be doing so in the future with some minor and relative inexpensive upkeep and repair.

We stay at Baskins Creek every year....great place for everyone to have what they want on a vacation. We rent 2 condo, all family, guy’s trailer motorcycle there, and the lady enjoy shopping and visiting the sights us Tennessee. We have breakfast together, the guys spend the day motor cycling the wonderful locations around, the ladies spend the day shopping and visiting the Aquarium. We all meet for dinner, great place for everyone to have what they want in a vacation.

Because Gatlinburg is such a center of endless hubbub and unfocused energy, as people walk around in sizable groups, it is nice to have a way to get away from it. The condo we stayed in was very restful and quiet---the perfect antidote for the chaos in the central business district.

Our family has been coming to Gatlinburg for over 50 years and this condo is the best that we have ever stayed in. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The location was great (within walking distance to downtown) and the views from the balcony were nice. We plan on staying here again in the fall of 2008.

Our first stay in TN.......

This was a wonderful place to stay the room was extremely clean, decorated really nice and the staff was great. I will stay here again on future trips.

We had an awesome time at Baskins Creek 502, 512, and 514.

General Scope: Everything was pretty much fine, but the ironing board would not colapse and the sink stopper in the left sink of second bdrm has been non-working for months.

Excellant Place to spend your stay in Gatlinburg - Very spacious especially with a 5 year old and 18 month old

Best place to stay in Gatlinburg by far. Very short walk to d/town Gat. Very well keep condo's and very clean. Great front Desk.

We loved the accomodations. We loved the location it was great being able to walk to everything. We will definately stay here again.

Our group had a great time. We enjoyed it so much we are planning our next reunion there. The balconies were wonderful to sit on in the mornings and the evenings. We had everything we needed and the pool was wonderful.
