  We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Everything was nice and the view was awesome. We reported a few things that were not working like the ceiling fan in the 3rd floor, some jets not working in the outside spa and one of the trash bins the latch was broken and the bears got in the trash a couple of days but we reported this to the front desk. We will defintely rent this unit again.

  Our recent stay at the cabin was an ideal spot for our youth group's spiritual retreat. We were very satisfied with the cabin and would come and visit again in a heartbeat.

  I am a youth minister and our students loved this rental! One thing I would caution visitors is that the location is a kind of hard to get to. Don't expect to take a large vehicle up the hill to the rental. Other than that, the rental, the view, and the experience were great!

  We had a wonderful time. The home was lovely and in a picture perfect location. It fit all the needs of our family and we all felt comfortable and relaxed. We had a great time going to the Dixie Stampede and Dollywood. The girls that worked at the reservation desk couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The color in the trees and the snow capped mountains finished off a week-end full of fun and love for our family and this great part of the country. We hope to come again soon.

  I loved the cabin but I was very unsatified that the gas fire place did not work nor the gas on the desk considering the price paid for rental. Next time I will not rent a place if the gas doesn't work.

  ARRIVED WITH MY 75 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND FAMILY. TEMP. AT NIGHT WAS 43 DEGREES TRIED TO TURN ON ONE OF THE MANY FIREPLACES AND NONE WORKED. CALLED OFFICE AND THEY BASICALLY SAID TOO BAD IT WASNT COLD ENOUGH. WENT OUTSIDE AND THE PROPANE TANK WAS REMOVED.

  Loved the location and the cabin was really nice but has not been taken care of. The master bath had numerous issues, the TV in the master did not work, the other upstairs shower has issues, the place was not cleaned as well as was expected.The water in the hot tub was cold and took awhile to heat up. When was the last time the owners of the cabin actually stayed there? I truly hope that these problems are fixed before another family rents the cabin.

  We really enjoyed our stay, but 3 nights was not enough. There is so much to do in the gatliburg area that we really never got to enjoy the house, which was beautiful

  My family makes at least one trip to Gatlinburg each year and we always stay in a cabin. I can honestly say this is the nicest one we have found. We hope to book it again next time!

  This place is nice. Three floors and five bedrooms were just enough space so the family didn't get tired of each other. Being able to use the parking facilities at the condos for free was the icing on the cake. I will definitely stay here again.
