  We read several reviews on this Ranch House before we decided to rent it, we thought maybe it was to good to be true! We took a chance and the reviews were spot on! The folks were great to work with, it was very clean and we had tons of room in the house(6 Adults, 2 Teenagers & 1 Baby). The walk was about 5 minutes to the strip which we made multiple time throughout each day. I do recommend the Ranch House and I plan on staying there again in the future..

  Owners may want to invest in a dishwasher. It wasn't much trouble for our week-end stay, but for longer stays it would be helpful to have a working one.

  We really enjoyed staying at the Ranch house. We had plenty of room for all 7 of us and no issues with waiting to use a bathroom or shower. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable, we were able to keep it at a comfortable temperature and it was very clean. I never figured out the fake fireplace; never tried the dishwasher since there was a note that said it didn't work. The rate was perfect for us to afford. The walk to the Convention Center was only fun the first of five times. The staff were very easy to deal with and no hidden fees. Would love to stay there again with a large group.

  My Sunday School class spent the weekend in this house. There were 11 of us and we fit wonderfully! If we go back again, I hope we could get this place again. We were literally a short walk to downtown. The property managers were very helpful and walked out to point out the house. We hope to be back again!

• We were very pleased with the Ranch House for our family of 12 vacation. We especially liked how more than sufficient supply of bath towels and accessories were provided. The children really enjoyed using the pool at Mountain Vista.

  We were frustrated when we arrived and the girls at the desk gave very poor instructions of how to find the property. When I went back in the second time, the gal actually had me more turned around than before. They need a course in sense of directions. Also if they would describe the house better....like "has two front doors and the numbers such and such are on it". Also totally got the city and state abbr. wrong on my reservations..... the grill was disgusting looking so we ended up cooking inside which was disappointing for the 4th of July.
