This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Sleeps 8 guest. Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds with a Flat Screen TV and dvd player. Has a full bath with this bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a Flat screen tv and dvd player. Full bath located across the hall. Master Bedroom has a King bed with a flat Screen TV and dvd player. Master bath is located with the master bedroom. Huge whirlpool, 2 sinks nice shower. This condo has crown molding, Hardwood flooring and Ceramic tile. Very nice balcony that overlooks creek and pool area. Tastefully decorated. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets please. The latest dvd's are located in the lobby for rent along with xbox systems and games. Seasonal pool and hot tub and seasonal fireplace with this unit. Trolly stop at the front lobby and only minutes from downtown. Enjoy

Loved the unit and will be back! Only two problems and these aren't major, nor are they exclusive to this unit. Locks to the bathrooms don't work and housekeeping doesn't clean under couch and chair cushions.These definately are not major issues and I love staying here and the management is super! We've been coming to the Smokies since 1974 and this is the best!

We had a great time. we stayed at Baskins Creek last year and will come back again. I hope maintence/housekeeper got our note that the master bedroom shower door handle was loose. WE had a condo that slept 8, and had 8 in our party, but there were only 6 dining room chairs-the staff readily got us extra chairs.

The only observations made were that the 2nd king bedroom as well as the bathroom in the hallway had doors that did not lock. A problem with 8 people staying together. Also all the bedrooms main light switch also turned off the outlets on thewall. Could not easily use any chargers or alarm clocks at night without balancing on top of the bed to try and pull the cord to turn the light off at the fan. Other than these problems, the condo was excellent.
